We keep service logs of all of our customer's units overhauled. Long-term cooperation allows us to schedule the overhauling for most efficiency resulting in increased up-time, cost efficient plans for spare part replacement and reliability.
Our in-house balancing service uses the latest Schneck technology to provide reliable, cost-effective operation for virtually any size rotor. A wide variety of machines are available that accomodate short runs for prototype development and overhaul applications to large scale production runs.
Our workshop is equipped with 3 balancing machines able to cover need for reliable balancing of every rotor ranging from 0,5 up to 3 tons.
Turbo Poland is able to perform a variety of repairing services including, but not limited to: repairing turbine blades and casings by welding, metal spraying bearing and seat journals, re-felting air filter silencers, exchanging and machining of turbine blades. Our services are based on evaluation by Non Destructive Test techniques like dye penetrant test and UV tests.
Quality of performed repairs and final material characteristics are reassured by range of tests (thickness measurement, hardness measurement, rough-ness measurement) and can be subject to class society approval.
Turbo Poland provides a wide variety of spare parts needed for any marine or industrial turbocharger. We are commited to providing highest quality parts at competitive prices. Most of the main turbocharger parts can be supplied with DNV GL, LR among the other IACS associated Class Societies certificates upon request.
Due to efficient logistic department spares can be effectively dispatched all around the world. Our spares come with up to 12 months warranty according to our highest standards - each component that enters the workshop undergoes a series of rigorous checks.
